This course explores key principles of gender equality, addressing bias, stereotypes, and gender identity.
It includes the impact of gender-based discrimination, the gender pay gap and harassment. Participants gain practical skills to promote inclusion, develop supportive policies, and understand legal obligations, with strategies to ensure gender equality in both the workplace and service delivery.
Developed by LGBTQI+ advocates, this course equips participants with knowledge and skills to promote equality, inclusion, and respect for LGBTQI+ individuals. Topics include community history, identities, terminology, discrimination impacts, and relevant legislation. Participants learn to recognise bias, foster allyship, and create safe, inclusive environments across workplaces, education, and healthcare.
This course helps employers and colleagues create supportive, neuro-inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals (including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, and related conditions) feel valued and safe. It covers common misconceptions, strengths, barriers to inclusion, language guidance, and the social model of disability. Interactive case studies build confidence in meeting diverse neurodivergent needs with respect and understanding.
