Our terms and conditions relate to the provision of all events and services supplied through ResolveEvolve Limited (Resolve Evolve). ‘Consultant’ and consultants refer to any trainer, consultant, facilitator, coach, mediator, counsellor or person engaged in any other work through Resolve Evolve. ‘Client’ refers to any individual or organisation engaging consultants through Resolve Evolve.  

1. The services

a) Face-to-face (in-person) services

Venues: Sourcing,payment and organising an appropriate, accessible venue is the responsibilityof the client receiving the service from Resolve Evolve, unless agreed.

b) Online delivery of services

For training and other people-based services, Zoom or Teams links will be provided by Resolve Evolve unless otherwise agreed in advance.

c) Attendee numbers

Fully interactive training (smaller sessions):

For most interactive sessions, there is a maximum of 15 people (online) and 18 people (in-person); this may reduce for some courses, such as Training for Trainers or Dignity at Work Advisers.

Large groups:

Lecture-style training, usually above 50 participants, will be as interactive as possible, but small-
group work will likely be limited or require two consultants.

Focus groups:

The maximum number of participants for a focus group is eight unless otherwise agreed.

d) Materials

Unless stated otherwise, any materials provided for or during Resolve Evolve events or services are protected by Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights.

2. Fees and payment

a) Consultancy and Training

Fees for delivery of services, and any preparation, will be agreed upon before delivery commences.  VAT will be added to all invoices at the rate in force when invoicing. Payment is due within 14 days of the date on the invoice. Invoices unpaid after 60 days of the invoice date may be subject to an additional charge of 5% of the invoice total.
If relevant, additional charges may apply for:

b) Printing of materials

c) Travel expenses

d) Overnight stays:

e) Subsistence

3. Cancellation or postponement

All postponements are charged as if a cancellation unless otherwise agreed at the time of the postponement.

Cancellation and postponement of bookings by the Client will result in charges as follows*:

22 - 28 days before date of event - 25% of the full fee

15 - 21 days before date of event- 50% of the full fee

8 - 14 days prior to date of event - 75% of the full fee

0 - 7 days prior to date of event- 100% of the full fee

4. Additional areas

Any terms stated in proposals or agreed upon in emails relating to a specific booking or project,
form part of these Terms and Conditions.
