LGBTQI+ advocates have developed our LGBTQI+ Equality course to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to promote equality, safety, inclusion, and respect for individuals belonging to the diverse group often referred to as "LGBTQI+".
The session can include the following (depending on session length):
Participants will reflect on some lived experiences of individuals belonging to the LGBTQI+ group and gain practical strategies for promoting inclusivity, demonstrating allyship and challenging discrimination. Through this session, individuals can develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective advocates for LGBTQI+ rights, working towards creating an organisation where all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, feel valued and respected.
This course builds understanding of disability equality, focusing on inclusion, accessibility, and challenging discrimination. It covers the social model of disability, legal duties, ableism, and practical strategies for removing barriers. Delivered by disabled trainers, the course is tailored to your needs and promotes inclusive engagement with disabled staff, customers, and stakeholders.
This course explores key principles of gender equality, addressing bias, stereotypes, and gender identity. It covers the impact of gender-based discrimination, the gender pay gap, and harassment. Participants gain practical skills to promote inclusion, develop supportive policies, and understand legal obligations, with strategies to ensure gender equality in both the workplace and service delivery.
This course helps employers and colleagues create supportive, neuro-inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals (including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, and related conditions) feel valued and safe. It covers common misconceptions, strengths, barriers to inclusion, language guidance, and the social model of disability. Interactive case studies build confidence in meeting diverse neurodivergent needs with respect and understanding.
This course equips employees and leaders with the knowledge and skills to promote racial equity at work. It covers the impact of racism, unconscious bias, microaggressions, and systemic racism. Participants learn to identify and challenge discrimination, foster inclusion, and become active allies to create a respectful and supportive workplace for all racial backgrounds.

It covers racial identity, history, allyship, and building strong anti-racist frameworks.
