Participants will reflect on some lived experiences of individuals belonging to the LGBTQI+ group and gain practical strategies for promoting inclusivity, demonstrating allyship and challenging discrimination. Through this session, individuals can develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become effective advocates for LGBTQI+ rights, working towards creating an organisation where all individuals, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, feel valued and respected.

This course helps employers and colleagues create supportive, neuro-inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals (including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, and related conditions) feel valued and safe. It covers common misconceptions, strengths, barriers to inclusion, language guidance, and the social model of disability. Interactive case studies build confidence in meeting diverse neurodivergent needs with respect and understanding.
This session explores the complexities of racism, systemic bias, and privilege, helping participants recognise and challenge racist attitudes and behaviours. It covers racial identity, history, allyship, and building strong antiracist frameworks.
