Topics include community history, identities, terminology, discrimination impacts, and relevant legislation. This course helps employers and colleagues create supportive, neuro-inclusive workplaces where neurodivergent individuals (including those with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, OCD, and related conditions) feel valued and safe. It covers common misconceptions, strengths, barriers to inclusion, language guidance, and the social model of disability.
