
Our course for running an effective ERGs provides groups and individuals with the information and skills necessary to establish and manage a successful ERG.
It equips individuals with the skills to lead confidently, set clear goals, and keep members engaged. It helps ensure communication is inclusive, participation is encouraged, and the group delivers lasting value in accordance with its Terms or Reference (ToR). The most in-demand area of the session is setting up the ToR.
Without training, at least for chairs or leads, ERGs risk losing direction and failing to achieve their purpose. Poor facilitation can lead to low engagement, wasted effort, disengaged members and conflict.
