“Train the Trainer” ensures consistent and accurate knowledge delivery. It equips trainers and potential trainers with effective training and engagement skills. Trained trainers gain confidence and credibility with learners. This course allows organisations to scale training cost-effectively. Overall, it builds sustainable in-house learning capability.

This tailored course provides participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective training sessions on any subject, and can include specific development of your organisation-wide, or induction session, on inclusion, dignity or unconscious bias, for example.

If for a specific session, we initially work with you to understand and/or develop the specific course that you require. The course will reference your values, mission, policies and procedures and include interactive exercises and case studies that reflect your context.

The course length differs depending on participants’ experience delivering training and knowledge of the subject. This is to ensure that the trainers have the skills to respond confidently and accurately to questions and issues that may arise during delivery.

The course can be split, over a couple of weeks for convenience and to allow practice, depending on the aims.

We also provide ongoing support to the new trainers, as needed.

“Train the trainer” is designed for people are responsible for passing on knowledge and skills in the organisation. It is especially useful for:

  • Managers and Leaders who train or onboard staff/their teams
  • Subject matter experts (SMEs) who have deep knowledge but need presentation and training skills
  • HR professionals and people teams responsible for staff development

It is for anyone who needs or wants to train any level of staff or Board effectively.
