Trained trainers gain confidence and credibility with learners. This course allows organisations to scale training cost-effectively. Overall, it builds sustainable in-house learning capability.
This tailored course provides participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective training sessions on any subject, and can include specific development of your organisation-wide, or induction session, on inclusion, dignity or unconscious bias, for example.
If for a specific session, we initially work with you to understand and/or develop the specific course that you require. The course will reference your values, mission, policies and procedures and include interactive exercises and case studies that reflect your context.
The course length differs depending on participants’ experience delivering training and knowledge of the subject. This is to ensure that the trainers have the skills to respond confidently and accurately to questions and issues that may arise during delivery.
The course can be split, over a couple of weeks for convenience and to allow practice, depending on the aims.
