Our qualified counsellor provides confidential support to individuals facing personal or work-related challenges, including trauma, discrimination, or harassment. The service helps employees manage their wellbeing and maintain performance at work.
One-to-One Support

Supports improved work performance

Staff may experience harm, discrimination, trauma, burnout or identity-related stress that affects wellbeing and performance at work. Having a trusted, qualified professional outside the organisation creates safety, neutrality and space to process experiences.

Our qualified counsellor offers support to individuals who have experienced difficulties in or out of work that have impacted their work, including the aftermath of traumatic events, discrimination or harassment. Agreement is made with key contacts regarding the foundation remit in an initial three-way session

Sessions are tailored to individual needs:

  • Confidential 1:1 counselling sessions with a qualified practitioner
  • Trauma-informed, identity-aware support
  • Space to explore discrimination, workplace conflict or wellbeing concerns
  • Coping strategies and tools
  • Ability to signpost to further support where appropriate
  • Reporting on attendance only

Any staff member needing confidential support or organisations wishing to offer a safe and specialised wellbeing option to their workforce.
