Henry W. Kronner

Henryhas been in higher education since 1998 where he has focused on equity,diversity, and inclusion for all students as each student brings variousstrengths.   He has taught courses on diversity and culturalcompetence since the early 2000s.   

Henryhas experience in group facilitation for clients in therapy.  He has beenproviding mental health therapy for clients since 1991 where he continues toevolve as a clinical social worker.  He has very effective listening andproblem-solving skills.   He has coached many clients to make changesin their lives. 

Henryis skilled, energetic, and a highly effective trainer and facilitator. Henry has conducted focus groups for program evaluations at a Midwestuniversity regarding programming for STEM programs, and has also conductedfocus groups for a research project focusing on older adults who also identifyas LGBTQ+. 

Henryhas also developed courses for BSW and MSW curriculums as well as workshopsfocusing on working effectively with those who identify as LGBTQ+.  

Hehas conducted many site visits for other social work programs across the UnitedStates where he gathered information and worked collaboratively to help themachieve accreditation.
