Donna has successfully designed and delivered equality, diversity, equity and inclusion (EDEI) training and consultancy services for over 25 years.
Donna worked initially began working in EDEI in 1999 and was the Training Director for a major UK-based consultancy for five years before it was sold in 2022. Donna founded Resolve Evolve in 2023; her aim being to work with like-minded consultants and trainers who are passionate and committed to delivering high-quality services at a reasonable fee with, and for, organisations that are committed to change.
As well as delivery of training (mainly Antiracism, Inclusive Leadership and Dignity at Work) - much of her focus is on high-quality staff management and leadership. Donna's consultancy work is currently focused on management coaching, investigations and equality and inclusion focused audits and policy development. With her background in housing and support, she has managed many teams in intense and high-pressure situations.
Donna designs and delivers a wide range of EDEI courses and develops new products, including high-quality, interactive eLearning. She has worked with numerous organisations across all sectors, from charities to commercial companies, including local and central government, media and the arts. Examples of clients:

Donna is on the Board of Women and Girls Network (Deputy Chair) and is the Chair of London Black Women's Project (LBWP).
She completed a BSc(Hons) in Surveying but started her career in housing after realising she wanted to be on the 'other side' of the industry; she then completed an MA in Housing at LSE.
