eLearning and Films

Bespoke eLearning development

Our eLearning training courses provide a comprehensive and creative way to promote inclusivity and foster a diverse workplace environment. We develop bespoke eLearning for clients that can be developed for a range of users, for example:
§  as a prequel or follow-up to in-person training;
§  as standalone modules on a range of topics;
§  building on the client’s existing eLearning;
§  as short, update/refresher exercises.

Our eLearning is engaging, informative and effectively tests learners’ understanding of the content. We use multimedia and gamification elements such as videos, quizzes, case studies, and interactive film and audio scenarios to reflect real workplace issues and enhance participant engagement. These interactive elements foster active learning and encourage participants to think critically about equality and diversity issues, resulting in a more impactful and memorable training experience.

All of our eLearning is accurately subtitled and audio described.

eLearning Reviews

We are currently working with our eLearning expert development company, LMP, to review their eLearning production through an EDEI lens, focussing on imagery, language and cultural accuracy.
We can work with you to similarly review your existing eLearning (whatever the topic) and review the accuracy of existing EDEI eLearning content.

Film and audio production

Resolve Evolve’s consultants are experienced at designing bespoke training that uses filmed scenarios and audio scenes to reflect real-life issues that staff are experiencing within an organisation. The impact on participants seeing and hearing their work lives within the training is immense and generates lively and thoughtful discussion of the issues raised.
We can integrate the films and audio into our training and eLearning and have also produced stand-alone films for clients’ Learning and Development teams to use within their own training offers. The films would typically be either:·
- One person talking to the camera about their experiences in a series of 30-second clips,often building as a situation worsens, or
- Two or more people discussing an issue or different behaviours at work

Audio clips can also be a very impactful (and cost-effective!) resource to demonstrate similar issues, from workplace bullying to racism, sexual harassment, sexism, ablism and inequity in recruitment and promotions.
